Wacot is in to Cotton processing, cotton farming, trading of fertilizers, seeds, tractors, pesticides, tyres, batteries, agro commodity trading, rice processing, edible oil refining etc. Position Maintenance & Utility Manager Agro processing Reporting To Factory Head Positions based at Lagos, Nigeria Job Responsibilities Leading the Maintenance Team for breakdown preventive maintenance of machinery & equipment & improving plant uptime and reduce costs. Focussing on identification of bottlenecks and implementation of quality & productivity initiatives in the organisation. Maintenance of HT, LT Panels, Transformers, Circuit Breakers, PCC s, MCC's on PM Basis. Daily monitoring of units generation, SPC (Specific Power Consumption), SPG (Specific Power Generation). Handling HT Yard. Ensured 100 % equipment uptime as per the production. Safety Representative of Engineering Department. ISO 9001, 14001, BSC and 5S Audit. Planning & Execution of various Capexs. Spare & Inventory management, repair jobs & vendor development. Implementation of TPM. Conducting in house Training Programs on 5S, TPM, breakdown analysis and equipment like (Thermopacks, Centrifugal Pumps, Material Handling equipments and maintenance practices).
