Production Director

Job Description : PRODUCTION DIRECTOR THAILAND one of highly respected global petrochemical manufacturers based in Rayong, Thailand. This is a role for an outstanding Production Director who possesses solid manufacturing experience especially in aromatics production facilities. You will play a critical role for leading the effective execution of all production activities & assigned projects and performing all jobs safely, efficiently, and accurately to maintain and improve the plant reliability and performance. You will enjoy attractive base salary with allowance and bonus. · Ensure that production objectives are aligned with site and business direction · Plan, organise, direct, and run optimum day-to-day operations · Increase production, assets capacity and flexibility while minimising unnecessary costs and maintaining current quality standards · Allocate resources effectively and fully utilise assets to produce optimal results · Develop systems and processes that track and optimise productivity and standards, metrics, and performance targets to ensure effective return on assets · Actively participate on the Site Leadership team to set direction and optimise overall site productivity To succeed in this role, you must have the ability to lead effectively and possess a keen understanding of optimised production and manufacturing operations experience in petrochemical industry. · Bachelor’s degree or higher in engineering or other related fields · Minimum twenty (20) years’ experience in all aspects of production operations and reliability management in aromatics or olefins plants · Experience with driving and influencing sustainable change in a manufacturing environment · Very strong collaboration and interpersonal skills
