Job Description : OPERATIONS DIRECTOR THAILAND manage 5 plants across 4 countries in the animal nutrition industry with the base in Chonburi, Thailand About the Operations Director Role: The Operations Director will be responsible for 5 plants across 4 countries in the animal nutrition industry. The salary offered is competitive with car allowance and bonus Key Responsibilities: · Lead the operations network in the Asia Pacific region to fulfil customer demand ‘on-time in-full’ and against the agreed quality specifications · Create a safe and inclusive workplace for employees and develop a competent and engaged workforce · Enable the business growth based on regional business strategy, customer feedback and operational opportunities, and ensure a favourable competitive position · Foster a culture of continuous improvement in all aspects of our operations · Define and implement an asset and maintenance strategy for the regional production sites, considering business strategy, license-to-operate, life-time extension and improvement projects. Manage the capital budget made available for the execution The successful candidate will be an experienced leader of multi site and multi country operations. Key Requirements: · A minimum of five to ten years of plant and/or supply chain management experience in life-science industry and come with 20+ years in plant operation management · Experience in feed/food or pharma industry, working with related industry quality systems · Experience in implementing strategies and managing complex change and investment projects
