Project Manager

Job Description : MEP Project section Site Manager. UAE Qualifications: - Holding a relevant degree. - Holding Equivalency Certificate is advantage. - With extensive experience in Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing Subcontractor site for at least 12 to 15 years. - 8 years minimum experience in MEP subcontractor site operations Experience dealing directly with foreman’s, charge hands and labours. - Strong skills in materials and resources forecast. - Excellent skills for teams work and appropriate behaviour. - Strong skills for delegation of key tasks within project other departments - Strong communication skills, English as a minimal need to be fluent. Hindi will be extra valued. - Strong leadership skills - Strong planning skills, outperforming productivity rates - Strong commitment with key milestones and targets - Capacity to work in continuous stressful environments Possibility to be based in Al Ain. Employment costs such as Visa, Insurance etc. will be covered by the company.
