Production Manager

Job Description : Production Manager, Solvent Extraction Plant in Indonesia Service Reporting to: COO Qualification: Degree in Chemical Engineering / Oil Technologist Preferred Age: Above 35 YEARS Experience: 10 — 12 years preferably from Solvent Extraction / Chemical industries (not preferred from Pharma or Drugs) Key Skills: •Excellent organizational, interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to multi task and work with all levels 'Strong leadership, coaching and teambuilding skills 'Strong analytical skills •Computer literate •Adaptable and flexible Job Purpose: •Responsible for overall manufacturing operation 'Ensure smooth plant operation in achieving agreed targets 'Daily management and coordination of plant operations with other department in ensuring compliance to all safety, security, environmental and other manufacturing regulations Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities: •Lead the Production team on day to day production activities and meet monthly and yearly budgets •Participate in operational trouble shooting to determine root cause analysis for future prevention •Hire, coach, mentor and train staff for various roles and responsibilities to meet the performance target of the organization •Prepare monthly management and technical reports consisting of production and consumptions of all utilities •Prepare Production Planning, delegate & supervise daily jobs and ensure execution •New process introduction by developing gap assessment for the process requirements Hands on areas: •Trouble shooting and problem solving skills •Project Execution and analytical skills •Good communication, negotiation skills and interpersonal skill Remuneration and Benefits: Basic Salary: US$ 3000 — 3500 per month (in IDR equivalent to US$) Bonus: 1 — 3 months based on performance Accommodation: Furnished House suitable for Bachelor status (for first 2 — 3 years) Conveyance: Rented car as per company policy
