Job Description : Head NPK Plants Job Location: East Africa Qualification: Degree in Chemical Engineering. Job Requirement: · 15 20 years in a Compound Fertiliser NPK Blending Plant. · To ensure that optimum and efficient production is achieved. · Quality parameters of the products manufactured are as per standard. · Ensure periodic maintenance to avoid down times during production hours and ensure optimum efficiency in terms of use of electricity, water, furnace oil etc. · Proper reconciliation of raw materials is maintained. · Local Staff are trained to operate machineries efficiently including Supervisors.
