Chief Financial Officer

Job Description : Global CFO for a well funded SAAS platform. The role will be based in Bangalore. - Extensive experience across Fund Raising, strong network in the Indian PE ecosystem as well as experience of raising debt mandatory - Experience of taking a company public or making an organization IPO ready is critical for the role - Experience of managing multiple senior investors, conducting board meetings essential. - Candidate must have seen scale up journey in a tech startup. SAAS experience would be preferred.
