Job Description : IT Head from a Digital Finance Industry, who can set up Entire IT for the industry Location: Cambodia Chief Technology Officer or Senior IT manager of a digital/fintech microfinance lender. (Expat ) Key requirements: Lead and create a team of engineers to build customer facing website and application that integrate with our existing LMS or LOS systems. Should have experience in development of IOS and android apps. Should have broad knowledge of various programming languages. Lead the IT vendor selection process. Identify the correct talent along with HR team and to build a digital first MFI/Small lender. Identify solutions to operation problems and create smooth work flows. Understand the user and business requirements and discusses with system/software vendors for implementation. Should have the ability to identify the customers needs and serve them digitally. Identify tools to effectively enable operations team to disburse loans digitally. Other Requirement but not limited to Reviewing and analyzing system/software requirements as per all planned loan products Work flow for LOS/LMS / Consumer app / collection app/and sales app for various products Collaborate with software vendors, API vendor to find APIs and integrate APIs and other features. APIs shall include but not limited to:-- E KYC, GPS tagging, Bureau check, Bureau integration and reading , Credit engine, Direct Disbursement of loans, collection of loans, Social media verifications, penny testing, Nation ID verification, Geo tagging and geo fencing, Reading of income documents , bank statements Understand user and business requirements and discusses with system/software vendors for implementation. Execute all levels of testing in UAT (System, Integration, and Regression). Test and Check end to end flow of work in system so as to match with planned processes. Verify that fields, nature of data, mandatory- non mandatory inputs and entire listed fields are covered in software. Share test results with vendor/software provider and follow up for removal of bugs and errors. Prepare and Execute test cases (manual or automated) and analyze results Change & validate master configurations Create logs and trackers for testing phases and defects Report bugs and errors and share this to development teams/service provide/ software provider. System and network implementation Cloud and Server based requirements, technical and commercials finalization and full implementation. Net work, Secured connections, and Hard ware requirements for the organization EOD and Beginning of Day operations management MFI MIS management and its implementation system Training and support staffs on system process IT infrastructure Must understand about software and Hardware. AWS and Cloud set up , installation, cost and operations,
