General Manager

Job Description : GM PROJECTS OMAN Reporting to: - To spearhead the entire task of Project development, implementation and monitoring of the project on the ground in accordance with the vision of the company - Managing activities right from the conceptualisation stage to the execution; involving finalization of technical specifications & inventory control, scheduling, progress monitoring, site management, manpower planning, etc - Responsible for covering all the areas of project management like Project initiation, Design, Planning, Cost Management, Time Management, and Quality Safety Management - Should have complete knowledge of purchase, general contracts, tenders, negotiations, estimates, costing, billing, trade contract and sub contract documentation. - Work closely with other internal departments and stakeholders through regular meetings to ensure client/ contractual needs and expectations are communicated to achieve positive results. Requirement: - B.E./B. Tech in Civil/Mechanical Engineering with more than 15 years of experience in project management, analysis,procurement, Risk Management. - Ability to lead multi-disciplinary team of professionals and should be able to handle project independently. - Experience in handling/monitoring multiple projects simultaneously. - Ability to foster collaborative work environment in a multi-cultural and multi-ethnic environment.
