Accounts and Finance Manager 

Job Description : ACCOUNTS AND FINANCE MANAGER INDONESIA 10+ years experience • Completion of a bachelor's degree at an accredited college or university or equivalent work experience. • Completion of a master's degree at an accredited college or university or equivalent work experience. • Certified Public Accountant (CPA) preferred. Desired Experience: • Five to seven years of financial experience and management experience with the day-to-day financial operations of an organization of at least 20 staff persons. • Previous experience in refinery is strongly preferable • Any equivalent combination of education and experience determined to be acceptable. • Senior accountant with minimum 2 years of experience on cooking/edible oil refinery. • Familiar on handling international transaction, purchase and sell. • Used to handle the USD exchange rate effect toward his/her accounting book. • Involve on product costing preparation. • Able to audit and identify abnormalities and potential loss of commercial transaction. Include but not limited to, abnormal value of inventory, abnormal selling price etc. • Used to work closely with the person who make commercial decision. Able to give suggestion supported with data and valid argumentation toward commercial decision making. • Understand the positioning of purchases vs selling prices considering market price volatility ACCOUNTS / FINANCE MANAGER ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES • Aids the company in financial planning; i.e current budgets and future budget planning for refinery operations • Liaise with the Finance Unit and other staff on financial management matters. • Work with the Director/General Manager on the strategic vision including fostering and cultivating stakeholder relationships on city, state, and national levels, as well as assisting in the development and negotiation of contracts. • Ensure adequate controls are installed and that substantiating documentation is approved and available such that all purchases may pass independent and governmental audits. • Oversee the management and coordination of all fiscal reporting activities for the organization including: organizational revenue/expense and balance sheet reports, reports to funding agencies, development and monitoring of organizational and contract/grant budgets. • Maintain AP/AR reports • Stock control • Data entry into accounting software and generating financial reports • Maintain constant communication with suppliers and buyers for financial reporting or credit collection • Interpretation and audit of monthly and yearly financial reports • Monitor banking activities of the organization. • Ensure adequate cash flow to meet the organization's needs. REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES • Knowledge of Microsoft Office and Tally software is key • Knowledge in other account software is also acceptable • Also have knowledge in stock management and Ins & Outs of production process • Supervise staff, including regular progress reviews and plans for improvement. • Communicate effectively in English, both written and verbal form.
