General Manager

Job Description : GM HEALTHCARE OMAN To ensure the successful management of the company's Health Care Sales, Commercial and Services related functions ensuring customer satisfaction and profitable growth as desired. Responsible for maintain a healthy P&L. Responsibilities: 1. To ensure the commercial unit functions optimally by ensuring the functions are done in time and to perfection (Tendering, execution of Purchase Orders on Principal Companies, Insurance, Supply Chain Management, Customs Clearance, and Invoice submissions to Customer) 2. To maintain relationships with Principals & Customers, ensuring proper rebates, supplies are received on time 3. To identify and recommend new products for business to the company with detailed ROI and project plans. 4. To manage the Service function ensuring customers are satisfied with technical support in order to achieve Targets. 5. To ensure achieving sales targets for all the units individually and wholly, by building a sales pipeline to ensure a constant stream of sales. 6. To maintain and develop relationships with existing customers periodically to ensure proper feedback is received and incremental sales are achieved. 7. To ensure periodic Business review meetings are held with respective teams to have their feedback and understanding and guide them to achieve the business plan. 8. To ensure the smooth functioning of all our client's Pharmacy Retail outlets & our client's Clinic to ensure achieving the desired targets. 9. To oversees operational systems, processes, and infrastructure while looking for opportunities for improvement or update. 10. To anticipate and track operational and tactical risks and providing strategic solutions. 11. To maintain relationship with Ministry of Health department and officials ensuring all required guidelines are adhered to by the Division without fail. Required Job Competencies: Academic Degree(s): Graduate (Preferable MBA) Technical Certification(s): Medical related field Required Computers & IT Skills: MS Office & Oracle Applications Industry Experience: 15 Years
