Job Description : GMCG SALES HEAD UAE Prime Responsibilities: • Identifying opportunities for growth, planning and implementation to tap new opportunities • Sales Forecasting / Formulating Strategies /Execution in Market Place, Distribution and Inventory Management / Man power Management • Well verse with Budgeting • Train, manage, motivate, direct & lead • Strong in Interpersonal Communication/Cross functional Alignment • Guiding, monitoring and providing inputs to the team in all aspects • Establishing distribution network and developing the sales channel for the region • Responsible for implementation and initiating Market development activities in the region Good hands on in P·• Analyzing the market potential and monitoring the competitor activities thru the sales team &L management I Desired Skills & Experience: • Strong communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills • A minimum 12-15 years of experience in General Trade Sales trade preferably from Beverages/FMCG durable background • Forward thinking, make things happen business approach • Highly detail oriented and have the ability to effectively multi-task • Excellent project management and leadership skills
