Chief Financial Officer

Job Description : CFO UAE Salary AED 50,000 – 55,000 prominent Online Retailer is looking to recruit a CFO for their Dubai office. Reporting to the CEO and monthly reporting to the Board of Directors, this role will be accountable for driving the financial capabilities of the business. Deliver a diverse range of high-level activities including strategic and operational decision making to the CEO and BOD · Provide leadership, direction and management of the finance and accounting team · Ensure legal compliance on all financial function · Manage the processes for financial forecasting and budgets, and oversee the preparation of all financial reporting · Identify and manage risk within the business both internal and external and can successfully guide the finance function to take corrective actions · Strong understanding and experience with Tax in the UAE and KSA · Qualified Accountant CA, ACCA, or CPA with 10 years’ experience in a senior leadership role in the region · Experience in the Retail sector · Familiarity and experience of an IPO process · Excellent ability to lead a high performing team
