Job Description : COMMERCIAL ACCOUNT GHANA FOR MANUFACTURING Company is a leading manufacturers of Carbonated Drinks, Water Bottling, Instant noodles PET preforms and closures, PET bottles, Shopping Bags, Flexible Packaging, monolayer and multilayer plant, Flexographic and rotogravure printing, thin wall products, woven sacks in West Africa. Check all compliance measures are met as per client mandate (Sales Order) Raising Delivery Challan (DC) and invoices as per the project plan Get invoices certified from client. Resolve conflicts, if any Payment follow up, collection and final commercial closure of projects in co-ordination with the projects/sales team Follow up with customers for collection of payment for sales made. Co-ordination for bank guarantee/performance guarantee with clients Maintenance of MIS Maintain daily commercial activities Coordinate with Technical Team and Account department to prepare Invoice, Performa invoice, Purchase Order. Analyze Inward and Outward with Delivery challan Good communication with ability to do multi tasking. Candidate Profile: Master's in Commerce with atleast 4+ years of experience in Financial/Accounting in Manufacturing Company Knowledge in Management and Accounting. Good interpersonal skill.
