As the General Manager, you’ll be at the forefront of the company’s success. Partnering with the Managing Director, you’ll drive business decisions forward and lead people development and other crucial responsibilities such as factory strategy, safety, capital projects, customer development and financial performance in this ever-growing organisation. We’ll be looking for your background in manufacturing excellence, ideally with an engineering background, along with proven credentials at a site leadership level. It’s a fast-moving environment, and you need to be able to think quickly on your feet. In addition, experience in plastics moulding such as injection moulding, blow moulding and stretch-blow moulding will give you every advantage as the company innovates and develops.
