Job Description : COUNTRY HEAD VIETNAM FOR COMMODITY TRADING 20+ years experience Looking for a senior commodity trading professional to start the Indian arm of the organisation. - Postgraduates preferred - Experience in trading of Agri commodities, - Good communication and negotiating skills - Knowledge of trading operations, products and services is required - Excellent interpersonal skills and willingness to work in a team. Job Profile : Key roles include: - Risk management - PnL management - A good understanding of procurement, supply chain management - Trading knowledge - Should have a good Network and relationship with the entire ecosystem of trading. - Responsible for the positions, risk and ultimate profitability of business - Ensure all trading activities are in compliance with the best execution policies. - Perform trade, execution data analysis including broker due diligence, execution measurement, performance tracking and accountability - Create, implement and maintain procedures and documentation for trading/operations best practices
