Job Description : CFO NIGERIA He will be responsible for preparing, reviewing and analyzing financial reports of the company. Roles and Responsibilities Oversee and manage overall accounting functions including below: 1. They should have professional JD & particularly applicable to Nigeria pls. 2. We are looking Professional qualified CA having more than 20 year manufacturing industries experienced (Minimum 4 year experienced of Nigeria & Govt Tax Audit handled, Preferable of Steel Industrial Experienced holder) 3. Proficiency in MS office- Particularly advanced excel & word 4. Should be at least 4 Yrs of experienced with Senior Position (Financial Controller/Accounts Head) 5. Have experienced of Accounts from day to day to till Finalisation of Account 6. Independently can handle Statutory Audit & Compliance if any 7. All Taxation Compliances:- Monthly/ Yearly [FIRS:-VAT, Withholding Tax, Company Income Tax etc, State:- Paye, Withholding Tax, Pension, NSITF, etc.) 8. FIRS/State Tax Audit: - Preparation, compilation & handle any audit/tax procedures initiated by Tax office 9. Having knowledge of working knowledge of CAC compliance 10. Self-Motivator, strong analytical particularly on its subject, problem solving & team leader 10. Finance Activity: - A] Bank Coordination of daily transaction, B] Have experience of Banking Finance:- Term Loan, Overdraft Facility, Project Financing etc. 11. Managing all payables, receivables, direct & indirect tax processes & compliance, books of account till finalization. 12. Working knowledge on matters related to ROC, IT and other statutory compliances. Preparing and filing of returns on time and in compliance with the latest regulatory norms and policies. 13. Responsible for managing the organization's taxation affairs which include optimizing the organization's tax compliance through reviewing tax provisions and identifying areas of opportunities while managing tax liability. 14. Managing working capital requirement and financial planning of the organization 15. Manage Forecasting, Budgeting and Variance Analysis 16. Coordinating with external auditors in statutory audits and liaison with them for smooth completion of audits. 17. Identifying and preparing Financial & Accounting SOPs and processes and ensuring the same are implemented to ensure that all financials are managed well to ensure data integrity. 18. Managing financial reporting of the organization including preparing Monthly MIS Reports, Stock Statement, Cash flow statement and other reports on financial analysis. 19. Preparing internal audit framework and ensuring audits are conducted as per schedule, reports are submitted and follow-up actions are taken on time. 20. Asset Management. 21.
