Business Development Manager 

Job Description : BDM WEST AFRICA Based in Africa, report to the Head Exports based in India and act as the country representative for the Company when it comes to operations and strategy. In line with this role, you will be expected to fulfill the following assignments : · Appointing Business Partners ( Importer / Distributors ) in East / West / Southern Africa. · Should have a good knowledge of Export procedures · Driving and developing the annual strategic business plan for Africa · Supervising the distribution and sales achievements by working closely with the distribution partner management and its sales force, · Monitoring thoroughly the monthly financials and achieving the targets set by the company · Tracking competition and market developments to proactively adapt plans and strategic direction quickly & effectively, · Visiting the market regularly to check the brands' distribution. The Successful Applicant: You are degree educated with a minimum of ten years' experience in Sales position / Business Development in Africa having worked with international and/or reputed national companies of the FMCG industry. Have traveled extensively & have an Excellent Network all over Africa. Passionate and hands-on individual, you have a great understanding of the distribution landscape as well as route-to-market in the FMCG industry in Africa. Besides, you have undisputed renown for your entrepreneurship, your strong commercial and communication skills. Finally, you are fluent in English & working Knowledge of Local African Languages Need to travel extensively inside Africa. Age : 30 - 35 years ./ Preferably Single What's On Offer: As the job requires traveling, most of the time you will be in hotels. hence a fixed salary and daily local allowance to cover up his expenses.
