Business Development Head

Job Description : Chief Executive – Business Development Job Location: Dubai, UAE Job Type: Permanent Salary: AED 35,000 looking for someone who can provide commercial and technical advice to Director on all assigned investments, commercial, PPP, and outsourcing tasks/projects and carryout duties for the same. The role will include but is not limited to: ·Providing support in developing and updating the commercial transport strategy and its key performance indicators and aligning them with the strategic programs. ·Assist in the development and updating of policies, manuals, guidelines and procedures for Investment and commercial activities to support the achievement of the commercial transport strategy and ensure the commitment of Agencies / Sectors to implement them. ·Assist in the development of key performance indicators for the department and provide effective monitoring and control mechanisms for project performance. ·Analyze financial models submitted by internal or external parties related to commercial ventures or PPP to ensure that the projects are affordable, financially sound and sustainable with appropriate risk allocation. ·Perform other responsibilities associated with the position as appropriate · Qualifications and Requirements: • Master’s in Finance / Business Administration from a recognized university, CFA certificate is advantageous. • 8 years of experiences, of which 5 years at least in international consultant firm, managing investments and commercial line of businesses including real estate, Public Polices, with proven record of successful management of investments portfolios • Highly analytical thinking with demonstrated talent for identifying, scrutinizing, improving, and streamlining complex work processes • Goal-driven leader who maintains a productive climate and confidently motivates, mobilizes, and coaches employees to meet high performance standards.
