Job Description : Head of Supply Chain Company: Cityscape International Ltd. Salary: Negotiable Education Requirement: Bachelor of Business Studies (BBS), Masters of Business Studies (MBS). At least 15 year(s) The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Building Materials, Civil Construction, Construction Building, Construction Equipment, Construction Material Handling Equipment, ERP, Finishing Materials Job Location: Dhaka Job Responsibilities: > Establish approaches for negotiations and conduct or coordinate all phases of negotiations with all concerned parties, including the negotiation of disputes arising from contracts. >Prepare a variety of procurement-related documents, correspondences and reports, analyze the existing practices and procedures and contribute to development of institutional procurement policies and procedures. > Sourcing construction equipment /machineries /raw materials and other essential items internationally and locally, creating new vendors, negotiating for best price, making comparison statement. > Manage relationships to succeed the overall purchasing strategy. >New responsive supplier sourcing, Quotation collection and price negotiation with suppliers. > Ensure all commercial activities (e.g., issuance of PI, L/C amendment, correction of L/C terms and conditions according to Bangladesh Bank rules & regulations, shipment conditions, negotiation to buyers and sellers, payment realization, bond etc.) through overseas phone and e-mail. > Prepare Comparative statement and submit to Management. > Prepare purchase order to proper vendor. > Supervise timely Material supply at project. > Ensure material quality by project visit time to time. >Supervise preparation of supplier's bill complying all process through ERP. > Ensure discipline payment to the suppliers. > Monthly purchase and payment statement prepare. > Maintain Supplier's Account and Weekly Market Survey. > Co-ordinate with other Departments and Management.
