Workshop Manager

Job Description : Workshop Manager Will be based in Cikarang, West Java Indonesia Objective: To manage ROL product engineering team and workshop operation smoothly, efficiently, safely and quality, including networking with other relevant functions from order management until delivery in responding to customer requirement and satisfaction. Job Description: 1. Design and drive strategic development of ROL Business Unit and workshop production operations in Indonesia 2. Ensure that financial result for the Production operations will meet or exceed targeted levels 3. Lead the teams through a clear strategy to deliver business targets and goals 4. Improving the productivity and profitability within the area of responsibility Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering field, preferable in Mechanical Engineering. • At least 8 years experiences in pulp and paper industry, or maintenance engineering, or manufacturing • Good command spoken and written English. • Computer literacy in MS office and other related computer program. • Proactive mind-set, customer oriented.
