Mechanical Maintenance Head

Job Description : MECHANICAL MAINTENANCE HEAD NIGERIA · Assure maximum availability of plant and equipment for operations. · Provide adequate annual budget for departmental objectives. · Coordinate and support interdepartmental functions for precise job execution. · Ensure preventive maintenance and coordination with RMC department to ensure equipment are in good shape. · Co-ordinate with inspection department for static equipment and piping jobs · Continuously engage in preventive and corrective actions to ensure equipment integrity · Ensure proper house-keeping of the plant areas · Evaluate and analyze the root cause for equipment failures and follow proper measures to avoid occurrence. · Provide E&M data for timely release of E&M report · Support and execute MOC for plant reliability and upgrade. · Accountable for compliance to HSE initiatives and guidelines. · Perform competency evaluation and execute training for staff and contractors. Desired Candidate Profile BE / B Tech in Mechanical Engineering with 18-25 years experience in handling Mechanical maintenance in Chemical/Petrochemical plants. Knowledge of Mechanical, Electrical & Instrumentation Engineering principles
