Job Description : VP - Analytics Head @ Hyderabad 65L (includes variable of 15%) 17+years of experience. The person would be working on the end-to-end analytical needs for the business. Lead the Analytics function at India site by providing mentorship to the team members and guiding them in the right direction. Should have experience managing large, dispersed teams and working closely with onshore matrixed leadership teams .Support design, development & execution of best-in-class Analytical solutions. Build strong partnership with the US teams. Should have 12+ years of relevant experience in Analytics domain & 8 years in Consumer Credit environment. At least 5 years of experience managing big teams. Masters or Ph.D. in Mathematics/Statistics, Operations Research, Economics, Computer Science/Engineering or other quantitative majors. Strong understanding of tools such as SAS, Unix, R, Python, Oracle, SQL.In depth experience with various Modeling, Optimization & Strategy building methodologies in a development role. Understanding of Marketing/Risk/Collections/Operations. Good Knowledge of Big Data. Hands-on working exposure on a business environment.
