Finance Director

Job Description : GLOBAL FINANCE DIRECTOR SINGAPORE a leading global high-tech manufacturer spearheaded from their Global HQ in Singapore. The Finance Director will work directly with the CEO & the board and be responsible for the full spectrum of financial operations. Responsibilities Responsible for leading the fund raising process alongside the CEO Manage the financial & risk management road maps of the company Lead the Global finance function from a review, mentorship and development perspective Provide strategic oversight of the accounting department to ensure the proper functioning of all systems, databases and financial software Review and ensure the application of appropriate internal controls and financial procedures Identify, acquire and implement systems and software to provide critical financial and operational information Evaluate departments and make suggestions for automating processes and increasing efficiency Possess a thorough understanding of the company's risk profile in order to develop and take ownership of all risk management and mitigation plans for the Company. Ensure that record keeping meets the requirements of auditors, tax matters and government agencies Develop performance measures that support the company's strategic direction Requirements Qualifications - CA, CPA, MBA Experienced Leader with Extensive Manufacturing exposure Fund raising experience is essential - ideally with further exposure to the pre-IPO process Extensive Regional (ideally with China exposure)
