Job Description : DEPUTY HOD NIGERIA MINIMUM OF 15++ YEARS EXPERIENCE –OVERALL Some of the points shared were as follows: 1. The candidate should hand hands-on experience as constructionmanagers for Mega Projects (oilandgas & Gas, refinery, petrochemicals powerplant, etc.,) and it should be an on-site experience. 2. Good planning ability 3. Thorough knowledge of structuraldesign Engineering 4. Should have leadership quality with the fluency of expression and good communication 5. Minimum 10+ years as Construction Manager on Site 6. 5 Years of Monitoring and execution of Projects (MINIMUM OF 20++ YEARS EXPERIENCE – OVERALL) For exceptionally good candidates, management may agree to a higher salary. Only exceptionally good candidates. Communication should be excellent.
