Vice President Accounts and Finance

Job Description : VP ACCOUNTS AND FINANCE THAILAND A rapidly expanding manufacturing is looking for a talented VP Accounting and Finance (x 1 vacancy) to take on a newly created role. In this job, you will lead a team and be responsible for all finance-related functions. In this business critical role you will be responsible for defining the broad business strategy, monitoring all accounts and finance activities and manage team with directly report to CFO. The benefit of this role includes performance bonus, allowance and others. · Oversee all aspects of accounting operations, including payable, receivable, payroll, and tax preparation · Provide financial analysis reports for analysis and forecasting with respect to profits, trends, costs, and compliance · Implement operation best practice e.g. Jointly develop ERP system / Facilitates implementation of new systems and major modifications of existing systems to reduce working time · Preparing financial statement for submission at the specified time for SET and DBD · Be responsible for the timely and accurate reporting of financial information to appropriate groups, including internal parties, government regulators, and outside agencies · Maintain policies and procedures · Manage budgeting process · Shaping working culture of the team / coaching / recruiting new talented member To succeed in VP Accounting and Finance, you will need to have the ability to work effectively and co-operatively with CFO and management teams, across internal matrix. · Bachelor's degree or higher in Accounting · 25+ years of experience in accounting & finance · Experienced from the manufacturing industry, listed company or big 4 audit firms · Strong professional experience in overall accounting, financial control, budgeting planning, forecasting, financial reporting IFRS/TFRS taxation, etc. · Have experience and knowledge in consolidated accounting
