Project Manager

Job Description : Project Manager to be based in Manila, Philippines Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent with an emphasis in a technical field. Domain Knowledge: Building Management System, Security System (CCTV and ACS), Intelligent Lighting Management System, other ELV systems such as Intercom, Central Battery, Structured Cabling etc. Strong knowledge of industry fundamentals and business operations; Excellent contracting skills; An understanding of job financial reports and the ability to apply these in managing assigned projects. Previous project management experience 8 to 10 years of experience, Ability to manage multiple large-scale projects. Detail orientated, having the ability to manage multiple projects with potentially changing deadlines. Mechanical, Electrical, General Contracting, Access Control, Surveillance, Data Center & BMS Background/Experience.
