Maintenance and Workshop Manager

Job Description : MAINTENANCE & WORKSHOP MANAGER ZAMBIA Applicants must have adequate operational experience and abilities to manage the following departments; 1. Security 2. Logistics 3. Workshop and Fleet Maintenance 4. Stores and Procurement 5. General Farming and Equipment Maintenance 6. Projects & Construction Skills and Requirements: · Administrative, management, construction and mechanical skills a must · Leadership of work-force focusing on delivery of KPI’s with attention to detail · Driven by costs controls, whilst ensuring effective and efficient operations · Experience in managing a workshop (maintenance of equipment and fleet) · Project management, building, plumbing, electrical experience · Stores, Purchases and Logistics management · Feed Mill, Grain Storage and Poultry House maintenance management · Promote discipline and accountability with a focus on building a productive team · Computer literate, with reporting and data capturing ability · Minimum of 5 years experience in an Operation Management position and 20+ years overall exp Package: · 2 year renewable contract (subject to approval of work permit) · Salary package negotiable (Industry related) · Housing available · Company vehicle · Medical scheme · Accrual of 2 days leave per month completed · · Production performance bonus incentive
