Job Description : COUNTRY SALES MANAGER DRC The candidate for this position will excel at creating and closing new opportunities. By using a consultative approach to selling, this person will use their expertise to identify and qualify leads, leading to sales opportunities with both new and existing customers. Responsibilities · Adhered to standard operating procedures of sales department. · Lead primary & secondary sales target in value, volume & outlet wise in the assigned territory. · Identify and appoint new distributors, dealers & retailers for expanding into new markets. · Close new business deals by coordinating requirements, develop and negotiate contracts, integrating contract requirements with business operations. · Monitor and control beat productivity plans to drive business profitability/revenue. · Responsible for end-to-end High Volume Outlet management (HVO) · Support in driving various retailer incentive schemes and facilitating them in maintaining productivity of all Deep Freezers (DFs) in the assigned territory. · Signing of new contracts, security deposits and other requirements for installation of company asset (Deep Freezer). · Escalate all Deep Freezers (DFs) maintenance issues to the maintenance team and follow up for closure. · Maintaining business relationship with dealers & distributors to achieve quality product and service norms by resolving their critical service-related issues (like meltage, product availability etc.) Qualifications & Specifications · 10 - 15 Years of Channel Sales Experience · Demonstrable track record of over-achieving budget · Strong written and verbal communication skills · Preferred Age Group: 35 to 45 · MBA in Sales & Marketing Preferred
