Job Description : DISTRIBUTION HEAD PHILIPPINES Reporting directly to the President, this role is for a driven and high-performing country leader in their field. In this business critical role, you will be responsible for leading and directing the long term and short term activities of the whole sales team. Sales Responsibilities · Responsible on the achievement of order and sales within the area of coverage · Implementation of strategies · Contribute to the strategic planning and decision-making at management team level · Conduct regular channel visits · Promote cross-selling and deliver cross BU performance in the group Leadership Role · Take an active role in the management committee · Lead and direct all reporting employees to ensure that the strategy is implemented effectively, consistently and according to established guidelines · Evaluate and develop the group ensuring succession planning in cooperation with the HR Director To succeed in this Head of Distribution (B2B) role, you will need to have the ability to drive and travel around Metro Manila to meet clients, drive sales revue and collaborate with different leaders in the organisation. · Solid sales experience with at least eight years in leadership role in an electric or HVAC products or anything related · Excellent understanding on channel management, market segmentation and strategic · planning and execution. · Entrepreneurial mindset, a business developer and with strong appetite for growth
