Job Description : BUSINESS HEAD DUBAI FOR 3 WHEELERS 18-20 years experience -The position shall be responsible for the business development -3 Wheeler Market and overview of 3 Wheeler Sales / Marketing. -Direct and management of all sales and business development operations, after Sales Service including brand building, pricing and promotional strategies. -Planning & implementing aggressive strategies to achieve desired sales target, market share and profitability objectives of the division. -Maintaining key customer base, implementing innovative promotional campaigns, monitoring market trends and exploring growth opportunities. -Leading, training and motivating a team of highly competent sales / marketing professionals also form part of the key responsibilities. -Coach team to achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets -Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales branches -Prepare monthly plan & budget in alignment with annual plan -Ensure that the company has the adequate and suitable resources to complete its activities (e.g. people, material, equipment etc.) -Organize and coordinate operations in ways that ensure maximum productivity -Maintain relationships with partners/vendors/suppliers. -Gather, analyze and interpret external and internal data and write reports -Assess overall company performance against objectives ,Represent the company in events, conferences etc.
