Job Description : SUPPLY CHAIN DIRECTOR CHONBURI THAILAND Bachelor’s degree (Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, Economics, Business Planning, or related field) At least 15 years’ of proven experience in Supply Chain areas of logistics, transportation, or related fields Project management experience preferred Excellent understanding of supply chain operations and systems Experience and ability to lead complex initiatives and project teams, across functions and geographies Strong business partner relationship management skills Exceptional interpersonal skills and proven ability to work with team members across functions and geographies and at all levels through an open, engaging, and collaborative style Leading with curiosity and ability to think creatively Demonstrated ability to complete quantitative and qualitative analysis and develop financial models Skilled at planning, organizing, prioritizing, and executing simultaneous projects and activities. Strong meeting and group facilitation skills Proficiency in Microsoft applications (Excel/PowerPoint/Word) Excellent written and verbal communications skills Strong financial acumen Proven track record to quickly assess situations, identify problems, and offer clear and concise plans to resolve them Capability to work well under pressure and to adapt quickly to change
