Job Description : Sales Manager – Lubricant Additives NIGERIA FOR KENYA MARKET 20+ years experience known brand in the supply of chemical raw materials mainly to the Middle East and African countries with more than 50 years of experience in the supply of high-quality products from well-known multinational principals to the Lubricants, Rubber, Coating, Foam, and Adhesives Industries. Due to our expanding portfolio of clients and rapid sales growth, is looking to hire an experienced Chemical Sales Engineers/ Sale Managers to focus on sales of raw material to the Kenyan and South Africa market. The candidates hired for this position will be working from home and reporting to the head which is based in Dubai As an experienced salesperson, you will have excellent technical skills and use consultative selling methods and also be capable of dealing with all types of clients at all levels, being comfortable in high-level negotiations in a competitive environment. Working with an existing client base, you will be expected to grow the portfolio of clients, building solid relationships, make regular visits, and calls to them. If you don't have Lubricants Additives experience please do not apply Job Requirements: B.Eng Chemical/ Mechanical Engineering / Related field§ Implementing budgets and plans as specified for the designated sales area§ Targeted acquisition of new customers in industrial target segments§ Expansion and support of existing clients as well as prospective customers§ Elaborating and implementing strategies for business optimization§ Customer and lead management via CRM§ Handling of tenders including post-processing§ Processing of customer inquiries giving expert consultation on relevant products and their application§ Strong commitment and reliability Independent mode of operation, very structured and organized approach§ Ability for self-motivation and time management§ Fluent in both English and local language written and spoken§ Based on your target sales achievement and the annual KPI review, you will be rewarded with valuable incentives in addition to your salary package which will be defined based on your work experience in the business.§ You will work with a company that is growing fast and help you to grow and develop your business career, should you present the potential.§ It is an Independent contractor job, hence salary package will be all inclusive.§
