Finance Controller

Job Description : FC NIGERIA Leading Agro Processing Group having opertions across 6 countries Job Profile: · Preparing & maintaining statutory books of accounts and carrying out reconciliation of financial statements in compliance with the norms · Conducting variance analysis to determine difference between projected & actual results and implementing corrective actions · Ensure the integrity of accounting information by recording, verifying, consolidating, and entering transactions. · Prepare and records asset, liability, revenue, and expenses entries by compiling and analyzing account information. · Managing daily fund balances; · Working with executives and business heads to prepare budgets and track profit / loss performance by business unit and on consolidated basis; · Managing all payments to suppliers and receipts from vendors: · Preparing periodical management reports; · Arranging financial audits and reviews as required; · Manage payroll of Company; · Manage all general administrative & govt. compliance filings of the company · Drafting letters, board resolutions, etc. amongst others to be used in banking, govt. compliance filings, etc. Desired Profile: · CA with 8+ years of experience with good organization · Prior experience of independently handling accounts and finance dept. · Ability to handle large amounts of data and to compile detailed reports · Proficient in using Tally ERP for accounting, inventory management, etc. · Computer literacy including advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel and experience with standard accounting software packages · Strong verbal and written communications skills · High attention to detail and excellent analytical skills · Strong verbal and written communications skills · Detail oriented and organized; Strong planning and prioritization abilities · Must maintain confidentiality and discretion in all aspects and be comfortable with flexible working schedule to meet the needs of the Company and its executives Compensation: Net Savings upto $2000 (Negotiable) + Food + SINGLE Accommodation + Airfare + Transportation + All Expat benefits
