Job Description : Business Director – SOUTH ASIA Location: Mumbai Industry: Textile Chemicals/Dyes / Specialty Chemicals Education: B.E/B.Tech in textiles, chemistry with MBA/PG Offer CTC: 70 to 85 LPA Candidate should possess close to 12 to 18 years in a senior leadership roles managing sales & commercial functions. Experience in chemical or textile industry is preferred. Shall lead the P&L results of the respective regions. Experience in managing a large, multi-cultural team Background in P&L responsibility for multi-country region, has built expertise in both developing and mature markets Experience in challenging and complex markets, experience in both mature and developing economies. Background on managing direct and indirect sales channels, agents, distributors and joint venture partners. Know-how/skills Solid basis in finance and sales. Strong leadership capability. Proven strategic thinking and decision-making ability. Sound business acumen.
