Job Description : VP Workforce Planning & Talent Mobility for a Tech Client in Mumbai. The Ideal candidate must come with 15-18 years experience working with large Tech Services / Consulting firms or Global Banks and have managed internal Talent mobility, Talent Demand & Supply Management and Resource planning Please note this is not a CoE Talent Acquisition Role, this role will work closely with the Business on Talent Pipelining and internal mobility.
