Conduct Periodic Study of the Market Dynamics & understand Changing Customer Preferences , increase Market Share of the Products. Strategize & lead the Annual Budgeting Exercise of the Business. Regular review of Customer Feedback, Causes of Concern, ensuring Remedial Actions Develop Regular Engagement Programs involving external Stakeholders & Creating a Cohesive Environment for effective working.
