Job Description : Country Manager - Rental Cars - Oman Please apply if: 1. You ALREADY have strong experience as a GM/Country Manager IN THE RENTAL CAR INDUSTRY 2. You HAVE experience in the GCC (if you dont know what the GCC is then suggest you are not suitable sorry!) 3. You can demonstrate success at growing a rental car business 4. You know how to run a successful business autonomously - including achieving ROI to shareholders 5. You are a successful people leader 6. You know how the rental car industry works and how it creates profits for the shareholders 7. You have a hardworking and mature outlook in life This organisation represents a global rental car brand in the country within Oman. They operate out of multi-sites (airports and stand alone locations) and have a great reputation for quality service and customer focus. They have a reasonable sized fleet post covid, but are fcused on scaling up as the country opens up to tourism. The owner wants a hassle free executive to run the business, not someone who requires direction and asks for permission. You will need to be confident and focused in your decision making ability and approach to business and life!
