Purchase and Logistics Manager

Job Description : PURCHASE AND LOGISTICS MANAGER DRC BE-Mechanical with 15+ years of experience in overall purchase of Mechanical, Electrical & Civil items. Should have experience in purchase of multiple items for projects. Someone from Construction, EPC OR Project based industries A: Procurement. o RFQ report generation, Follow-up with supplies for quote, deliveries etc. o Shipment tracking and Store inventory report, finalization of L1 quote. & Negotiation with suppliers. o Discuss with management for approval for regarding release the order/repeat orders. o Preparation and release of PO, Manpower report, Monitoring on day to day entries and report generation. o Physical stock report verification, Tracking of fast moving items. o Daily issues/PO/ PR/indent report generation & analysis. o Daily follow-up with suppliers for actual lead time confirmation. o Follow-up with clearing & forwarding agents. o Follow-up with DGDA for clearance for offloading the goods. o Local purchase, Good knowledge over International Markets.
