Job Description : HEAD HR AND IR ETHIOPIA 10+ years experience with salary savings of upto $ 80K This Role is Based out of Ethiopia, Awassa. The employee perks are purely on Bachelor Status. Candidates with Manufacturing experience to only apply. 1. Ensure that HR policies, procedures and practices are updated, maintained and aligned and global functional related strategies 2. Strategize and support the Business Head in the organization goals from HR perspective 3. Build, maintain and promote good relationships with internal and external stakeholder. 4. Build collaborative industrial relations with workers council to ensure that there is harmony in a working relationship 5. Build, collaborate and maintain a network of service organizations to ensure effective and efficient delivery of HR outsourced services 6. Knowledge in handling IR.
