Job Description : CEO PAN AFRICA FOR AUTO 20-25 years experience The employer is into business of sales and allied services of automobile product (established brand of Indian Origin) in the International market. Looking for an experienced professional, into sales of automobile products and has exposure in handling international businesses, as a SBU Head for a particular product line into various African Countries. Person shall be responsible for Strategizing, Expansion, Development and Operations of the business in the said geography (Africa). Roles and Responsibilities Role holder shall be responsible for following: · Person shall be responsible to the Board of Directors for the business results from the SBU. · Shall be responsible for fulfilment of overall KPIs of the business in the given continent. · Responsible for planning and developing the strategy for achieving revenue targets from the strategic business unit. · Streamlining the sales operations in the countries where business already exists. · Shall be responsible for expanding business to new countries as a SBU Head. · One has to ensure new business expansion, revenue target achievements from new sales, CSI Index, revenue optimization from aftersales vertical within the SBU. · Directing the country management team of the SBU and supporting in achievement of business goals. Desired Candidate Profile Candidate should be Management Graduate (MBA) from reputed institute with 20+ years post qualification experience in the industry. Any executive program in management from Top B School will be an added advantage. · Excellent Strategic Thinking and Leadership skills · Knowledge & experience in auto OEM industry · Proven track record in developing new geography & increasing profitability of existing units. · Frequent travelling involved · People Management Skills · Knowledge of industry best practices Working experience in overseas market is essential. Africa will be an added advantage Working experience in Mahindra & Mahindra, Force Motors, Piaggio, TVS, Bajaj, Ashok Leyland will be preferred
