Job Description : GM ABU DHABI UAE 1-Managing a technical and sales staff involved in oil and gas industries 2-Maximising sales and team potentials 3-working on enhancing technical services sales through direct relations and effective marketing plans 4-supervising training and technicians, theoretical and practical development of technical sales staff 5-this position requires strong business development client services, technical experience and education 6-Green energy and sustainable solutions preferred experience, development processes, credentials registrations etc 7-oil and gas technically profound experience in all operational aspects 8-relation with international suppliers and solutions implementers, ICV registration and enhancement points knowledge, agencies representations agreements etc 9- 10 to 15 year experience in Abu Dhabi oil and gas market is preferred , relations with ADNOC, ,ADWEA, DEWA ,etc Main Responsibilities: 1-Strengthen existing relations with M/S Agencies and suppliers 2-Develop new relation with new suppliers in green sustainable energy field and oil/gas 3-Manage to meet the sales and growth set approved targets 4-implement sales strategies and marketing plans in the business line to grow the company revenue 5-provide and coach performance and monitoring of technical sales representatives and assist staff 6-identify emerging markets, new products and competition status regularly 7-attend conferences and participates in professional societies to support the exposure of corporate capabilities Job Requirements: 1- Bachelor degree in engineering, mechanical or electrical preferred from a reputed university 2- Masters in business management is also preferred 3- Knowledge of green energy emerging technology, exposure to sustainability resolutions, development and costing
