Sales Head 

Job Description : SALES HEAD KENYA · Develop and implement a joint business plan with the Modern Retail chains to achieve company objectives & provide direction to implement this plan at the field level. · Strategic planning & implementation of brand activation. · Managing the new product launches and promotions. · Conceptualize & implement strategies for better visibility & larger market share for companys products · Designing and implementing the sales generation activities including specific promotional activities based on the data analysis and as per the budget. · Planning marketing activities to achieve volume estimations and review effectiveness. · Design & implement marketing activities, for enhancing brand visibility/coverage & reach · Developing review /monitoring mechanism for scheme implementation across MT chains. · Developing sales strategies and budgets for the vertical and overseeing its effective implementation for achieving targets. · Provide direction, motivation and training to the team, ensuring optimum performance · Position reports to the CEO Desired Candidate Profile · Atleast 10+ years hardcore FMCG experience out of which 4+ yrs in supervisory role in Modern Trade vertical. · Should possess excellent communication & man management skills · Top performer with a history of sales achievements in previous & current assignment · Aggressive & a go getter who is always ready to take up challenges Perks and Benefits Net Savings $2500 - $3000 pm (Negotiable on CTC) + Food (Local Salary) + Fully Furnished Family accommodation + Airfare for Family + Car + Food + School Fees + Insurance + All Expat Benefits
