Vice President Finance

Job Description : VP FINANCE MUMBAI INDIA pioneer in the agrochemical industry · Build a strong and efficient F&A team to provide robust business support for current operations and future scale up. · Ensure effective and efficient set up and implementation of internal controls of the company spanning across all businesses and locations · Work seamlessly with peers and business heads to constantly review and improve internal financial controls and operating controls · Support the CFO on working through Enterprise Risk Management Strategy for the company · Build relationships with Business and functional Heads and assess their information needs to support business decision making · Ensure management reporting is continuously improved to provide value additions and actionable insights to management · Implementation of shared services in finance focusing on accuracy, speed and customer delight. Look for opportunities beyond finance to rope in the shared services model Provide leadership support in tax matters, drive tax planning and ensure compliance to tax laws and regulations As the ideal candidate, you are a CA with 15-20 years of experience working as Finance Controller or Head of Finance with a 3000 crore+ manufacturing organisation with plants distributed across India
