Job Description : SENIOR IT MANAGER INDONESIA An excellent Senior IT Manager job has just become available at an insurance technology company in Jakarta, Indonesia. In this critical role, you will work with other IT managers in the regional offices, outsourced solutions providers, and other operational areas of the company to ensure the company's technology users are getting outstanding service from the technology tools, and to put together the right solutions when problems arise. · Work with the Head of Technology Operations on solutions for telephony and call centre software and hardware, VPNs, remote access, office network setup, wi-fi access and data room setups · Implement and manage standard endpoint management and anti-virus software · Input into global policies and processes for employee onboarding, incident management, endpoint security, network security, patching, data room management, standard endpoint builds, remote access, business continuity and BYOD. This is within a mixed environment of Android and iOS mobile devices, and Linux, Windows and macOS laptops · Work alongside the Head of Technology Operations to help with a global transition from a mixed Google G-Suite, Zoom, DropBox and Office365 environment to Office365 · Work along the Head of Technology Operations and the Cybersecurity Manager to advise on end-user information security and education To succeed in this Senior IT Manager role, you will need to be experienced in delivery focused with proven experience supporting end users, and working in a large technology operations team, preferably in a widely spread global office context. · Familiarity with implementing VOIP technologies as well the roll out of Cloud PBX Systems such as those based on the open-source Asterisk platform · Experience of implementing and managing endpoint management for laptop and mobile devices in a mixed OS environment – including laptop setups with master builds, group policy management and AV management · Experience at implementing and using common monitoring, logging, and performance analysis tools such as Splunk, Manage Engine Ops Manager · Knowledge of ITIL processes and standards – ideally ITIL certified · Knowledge of Project Management best practices – ideally Agile or Prince2 certified
