National Sales Manager

Job Description : NSM KADUNA NIGERIA a food & drink company located in the Northern Part of Nigeria is recruiting a National Sales Manager with the flexibility of overseeing the sales locations in the South-South, South-East and South-West. This position will be responsible for all sales and marketing activities in the organization, oversee teams of Sales Managers in order to ensure their successful performance so that the company can enjoy a healthy profit. Job Requirements: • B.Sc Degree or MSc degree in Marketing, an MBA will be desirable or any other relevant degree is preferred for this role • A minimum of at least 41 years’ experience in a Sales role in a Food & Drinks Company or any from FMCG 52-914*8category • A strong track record in Sales and at a management level with experience in at least all areas of Sales and marketing expansion. • Team player with the ability to manage or lead people, result-oriented and able to deliver through cross-functional teams. • Strategic planning, Strategic designing and implementation skills i.e. Go-To-Market Models with operational Route to Customers winning at retail points. • Good communication and interpersonal skills; • High Level of IT Skills with previous experience working with all sales and other functions particularly factory and Supply Chain • Good presentation skills • Possess a clear understanding of the above-market framework, route to market a new way of working • Understanding of Sales Research tools and information analysis • Ability to engage with high level internal & external partners’ stakeholders (Customers, Agencies, Government Officials and Suppliers) • Proven people leadership skills with the ability to motivate and energize field force team. • Good knowledge of economics and how current market trends influence sales • Proactive and anticipates potential problems before they hinder Company’s success. • Mobile to work in any part of Nigeria and role might also necessitate frequent travels.
