Job Description : COST ACCOUNTANT UAE Job Code: EW1/MR1/094 Industry: Trading Job Responsibilities: • o Analyzing actual manufacturing costs and preparing periodic reports comparing standard costs to actual production costs o Providing management with reports specifying and comparing factors affecting prices and profitability of products or services. • o Planning, Studying, and collecting data to determine costs of business activity such as raw material purchases, inventory and labor. o Recording cost information for use in controlling expenditures o Analyzing audits of costs and preparing reports o Making estimates of new and proposed product costs Job Requirements: • o Should be from the manufacturing industry o Mandatory ICWA qualification is required o The job demands overseas travel o Relevant experience and strong working knowledge of management accounting practices o Strong numeracy and analytical skills o Proven experience of working in job costing environment o Strong spreadsheet skills, preferably MS Excel, and high level of competence in the use of other IT systems Salary: Up to $1,700 + Food allowance – $300-400 + Transportation + Accommodation
