Job Description : COMMERCIAL LEAD OMAN Construction Industry • BS/BA in business administration, finance, or similar field minimum; MS/MA is a plus • A minimum of 10-15 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor. • Successful work experience as a commercial manager or another relevant role He will be responsible for 2-3 2 Quantity Surveyor staff. • He should be experienced in FlOIC and ideally the Oman standard Conditions if possible but not essential • Ideally some experience of claims/dispute proceedings with possibly an additional legal qualification • Ideally, RCS qualified • Proven success in sales and/or marketing, as well as evidence of the ability to manage relationships with key clients and stakeholders
