Job Description : EHS MANAGER DRC Candidate must have Exp in EPC Construction Group and Big EPC Projects Execution • Development & Implementation of Safety system & procedures in the organisation • Site/Crew Training Of The Above, NEBOSH/OSHAS Certification • Drilling Sheq Background, But At The Very Least A Sheq Mining Background • Inculcate the safety culture among the staff at all levels • Be In A Position (Should We Choose) To Apply For ISO & OHSAS Certification • Have Comprehensive Safety Program In Place That Functions • Have Demonstrated That Our Safety Program Is Working And Statistics Show A Trend For Improvement • Audit Of Existing Procedures, Roll Out Existing Procedures To All Sites • Estbalishing Baseline Statistics • Have The Company In A Position To Do The First Self Audit For ISO & OHSAS Certification. • Formal Sheq Training • Valid Drivers Licence, Passport. And Will Need To Pass An Internal Driving Test • Comprehensive Computer Skills, Ms Office Suite NEBOSH / OSHA Location - Lubumbashi, Democratic Republic of Congo, Africa
