Job Description : FMCG SALES MANAGER GHANA FOR ECOWAS The position would be responsible for : Wholesale Sales Management Visiting wholesalers weekly Prospect and grow wholesale distributors Tracking their consignment, Balances, Collections, Sales Support Retail Sales - managing a team of 6 salesmen Visiting stores with the sales team - ensuring sku's are displayed effectively Tracking Orders and Deliveries for each day , ensuring all orders are completed by the warehouse Tracking , preparing and analyzing sales metrics Scheduling Retail sales team visits - beat design , tracking weekly store visits and strike rate Weekly briefing for the retail sales team Coordinating BTL Marketing activities - Managing a team of 9 Scheduling and coordinating planned market weekly sampling activities - Managing staff schedules, local approvals, and location scouting Tracking activities metrics and creating reports on the - costs, sampling size, customer feedback Costs tracking and budgets Market Research - new product data, competitor data info , consumer trends, coordinating and conducting surveys on the ground Required Candidate profile Candidate should have minimum 7 yrs of working experience with FMCG Sales along with - successful product launch - coordinating BTL marketing - sampling events - Experience managing retail sales , sales team, and complete local route to marker (not only wholesaler sales) Africa Experience MUST Exposure on French Language Preferred. SALARY $ 1.5K PLUS EXPAT BENEFITS
